Mubasher: Future Arab Investment Company said Sunday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) agreed to reduce the capital through transferring its stakes in Al Qouqa Commercial Company and Free Future Markets for Trade Company amounting to 2.44 million shares.

Thus, the company’s current capital is JOD 27.38 million distributed across 27.38 million shares with a nominal value of JOD 1, according to a bourse filing.
